IPSIIS foam C is a mineral foam (<1% organic) with an upgraded thermal and mechanic resistance.

Applications
Specially designed for fire protection and thermal insulation projects, IPSIIS foam C combines exceptional characteristics: lightness, non-combustibility, heat resistance, bearing capacity.

Usage
Fire doors, safety cabinets, firewalls.

Thermal conductivity (25°C) : 0,06 – 0,08 W/m.K.
Heat resistance (hot surface) : 1600°C.
Heat resistance (soak heat) : 1200°C.
Crash resistance : 2 – 3 MPa.

Application methods
Cutout: traditional cutting tools (carbide, building materials)
Laying: screwing, tapping and glueing compatible
Glueing : IPSIIS foam, wood, steel, glass.

SPECIAL PROPERTIES

IPSIIS foam C is waterproof and lightly hydrophobic. It does not contain any bound water.

IPSIIS foam C is perfect for the manufacture of monolithic pieces of complex geometries, obtained assembling individual elements using IPSIIS foam glue.
