Au delà de leur compatibilité avec les laines isolantes, les mousses IPSIIS permettent une fabrication monolithique en une ou plusieurs étapes. Ici, un bloc d’isolant issu de graminées dont trois faces sont continument protégées par de la mousse minérale. L’écorché permet d’apprécier la parfaite continuité structurelle de la protection réfractaire après assemblage.
Réalisation en deux temps, absence de plan de joint
Un traitement hydrofuge de la surface des mousses IPSIIS permet d’éviter toute pénétration d’eau lors d’éventuelles projections.
Aujourd’hui IPSIIS présente un composite mousse minérale/laine végétale avec une nouvelle matière première : la poudre de brique.
Nos produits permettent de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des utilisateurs, fonction des caractéristiques techniques de chaque matière première.
Les mousses IPSIIS sont compatibles avec un grand nombre de produits (tissus, toiles, peintures). Pour une finition plus futuriste des films de différentes couleurs viennent recouvrir la surface du matériau. Vous n’avez plus qu’à faire votre choix!
